Yes. All hosting, WordPress, Cloud, eCommerce, VPS and reseller plans include standard technical support via ticket, email, and phone. Plans with dedicated account manager also include a direct phone line 24/7 for emergencies.

How fast do you respond?

During business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM CET) we guarantee a response within one hour. Tickets opened in the evening get picked up within 4 hours. For infrastructure outages we intervene immediately.

Can I call you directly?

Yes, at +39 0833 197 66 33 during business hours. For traceable requests it's better to open a ticket from the Client Area, but for quick questions the phone is the fastest channel.

Will you migrate my site from my old provider?

Yes, free of charge on all hosting plans. Open a ticket with the old provider credentials, we take care of files, databases, emails and DNS. Zero-downtime migration guaranteed.

Do you offer support in English?

Our core is support in Italian, but our team is fluent in English. We handle tickets in English with the same response times — just open a ticket as usual.
