1. Definitions
"Provider" means Digital Dept S.r.l.s., trading as LimeNetwork. "Customer" means the individual or company entering into a contract for hosting services. "Services" means hosting, VPS, email, domain registration, SSL certificates and any related service offered through the LimeNetwork website.
2. Subject of the contract
The Provider grants the Customer the use of computing, storage and network resources as described in the chosen service plan, for the duration agreed at purchase.
3. Activation and duration
Services are activated upon receipt of payment. Standard contract duration is one year, automatically renewed unless cancellation is requested at least 30 days before expiration.
4. Prices and payment
Service prices are displayed on the website and confirmed in the order. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal or other methods made available in the Client Area. Prices are exclusive of VAT.
5. Customer obligations
The Customer agrees to use the Services in compliance with applicable laws, not to publish illegal content, not to use resources for sending spam, hosting malware, conducting attacks against third parties, or otherwise abuse the infrastructure.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
The use of services for activities that damage the Provider's reputation, that overload servers beyond reasonable use, or that violate applicable laws (including but not limited to copyright, privacy and anti-spam) is prohibited.
7. Service Level Agreement
The Provider guarantees an uptime of 99.9% on cloud and managed plans, measured on a monthly basis. Service credits in case of SLA breach are described in the service-level annex.
8. Limitation of liability
Within the limits permitted by applicable law, the Provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data not attributable to the Provider, or events beyond its reasonable control.
9. Backup and data
The Provider maintains automatic backups according to the chosen plan, but the final responsibility for personal backups of critical data lies with the Customer.
10. Termination
The Customer can terminate the contract at any time. The Provider can terminate the contract for cause in case of repeated breach of these Terms.
11. Personal data
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with GDPR.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of Lecce (Italy) has exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Changes to terms
The Provider reserves the right to update these Terms. Substantial changes are communicated to the Customer at least 30 days in advance.
